Job Description:

  • Assist Manager, Human Resources to develop and provide a full range of HR functions, including Compensations & Benefits, Recruitment and special HR projects and initiatives
  • Participate in full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, training and development and employee relations.
  • Check new joiners data input; prepare various statistical reports; Maintain and update employee files , leave records
  • Conduct Exit interview
  • Assist in C&B tasks and organize final payment arrangement & calculation
  • Provide support to line managers on staff issues
  • Assist Human Capital Manager in keeping abreast of latest employment related legislation to ensure compliance with all legal requirements
  • To comply with all regulations and requirements with regards to health, safety and security set by the Company and relevant authorities while on duty
  • Take reasonable care of the health and safety of self and of others
  • Carry out any other duties as required and directed by the Company

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Human Resources Management / Business Management or related discipline
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance & other HR related legislations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Initiative, responsible, independent, well-organized and detail-minded
  • Resourceful, self-motivated, organized with good accuracy
  • Able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
  • Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Fresh gradudates are also welcome
