Job Description:

  • Assist Head of Marketing & Business Development to execute the sales and marketing function and related activities in line with the company’s strategy and development
  • Response to existing & potential Customers enquiries
  • Perform Customer Relations Management (CRM)
  • Manage Contract and Customer Profile
  • Organize marketing events
  • Monitor market development and analyze customer data to derive marketing strategies and profitability analysis
  • Develop sales and marketing materials (e.g. brochures, newsletter, website, marketing campaign and presentation materials)
  • Take reasonable care of the health and safety of self and of others
  • Assist in ad hoc projects and companywide events as assigned by the management
  • To comply with all regulations and requirements with regards to health, safety and security set by the Company and relevant authorities while on duty

Job Requirements:

  • 2 years of related experience, preferably familiarized with the airport environment
  • Good communicator – provides clear, concise written/verbal communications appropriate to the audience
  • Self-motivated – ability to manage campaigns with minimum of supervision
  • Team player – works to ensure team goals are met or exceeded
  • Results driven – strive to make a difference; embraces challenge and working under pressure to achieve the objective
  • Customer focused, Positive “can-do” attitude
  • Good project management skills and time management and attention to detail
  • Comply with all regulations and requirements with regards to health, safety and security set by the Company and relevant authorities while on duty.
