Job Description:

  • Responsible ​in handling all visitors and telephone calls in an efficient and courteous manner
  • Keeping in view of the existing developments and events in the hotel and following up when necessary
  • Assisting in planning and scheduling daily appointments for Business Development Managers
  • Ensuring that the filing system is properly maintained, for easy reference and retrieval of information
  • Responsible in preparing sales agreements / contracts
  • Handling other ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma Holder / ‘A’ Level
  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in a similar capacity
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
