Job Description:

  • Assist the Director of Sales – Corporate in managing and acquiring business by taking prompt actions to fulfill guest satisfaction
  • Implement the effective sales strategies as assigned to enhance revenue
  • Participate in Sales Blitz to maximize sales margins
  • Perform all sales duties like acquire new clientele, develop and retain existing accounts
  • Maintain strong and professional relationship with existing and new accounts

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Room Sales Department of well-established hotel(s)
  • Detail minded and equip with skills of co-ordination and problem solving
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin is a must
  • Well-versed in MS Office and other computer applications, like Opera
