Job Description:

  • Provide cruise package information to walk-in customers and members.
  • Follow up with customers on their booking requests and the necessary arrangements.
  • Handle group bookings.
  • Answer and follow up on hotline queries.
  • Handle administrative and any other ad-hoc duties as required

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree education qualifications or equivalent
  • Candidates with 1 year of Hospitality or Customer Services experience are preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • High proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English (Spoken and Written)
  • Fast & accurate typing skills
  • Willing to work on shift duty roster
  • Fresh graduates with good learning attitude will also be considered
