Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities
  • Maintain an infrastructure of network and telecommunication systems for Membership Contact Centre and upgrade to the network.
  • Provide consultant service and deliver solutions to internals, review and maintain department’s budgetto insure both fiscal and business goals are achieved.
  • Serve as a mediator of Business Division and IT operations to provide solutions and services.
Responsibilities
  • Assist Business Division to identify and communicate how IT solutions can support the achievement of short and long term business goals.
  • Participate and assist in the planning and development of Network and Telecom solutions to address business goals and operations efficiency. Refine user requirements, drive and deliver technology solutions in alignment of business goals across functional teams (through monitoring, trend analysis and capacity planning).
  • Assist Senior Manager with implementations to operations of all IT solutions to related Business Division. Ensure solutions are implemented as specified in conjunction and compliance with department policies and procedures.
  • Assist Senior Manager in recommending emerging new solutions and technologies, research, identify and contribute new or improved technology ideas to solve specific business needs or risks to our gaming business.
  • Conduct research on solution options, risk, cost versus benefits and impacts on end-users solutions and services, business processes/ workflows and system priorities.
  • Assist to build organizational technology talent by creating a learning environment that ensures all employees have the training and skills needed to utilize available technology to meet their business needs.
  • Provide technical management for the contact center 24x7 data network, telecommunications and associated infrastructure technologies. Prioritize system change requests as required during the full lifecycle of planning and implementing system change request, drive process improvements as required.
  • Manage the team to achieve a stable and dynamic environment, define training and development plan for team members, regularly review team objectives to align management goals.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder, major in Computer Science or with relevant working experience.
  • At least 7 years’ experience in gaming or non-gaming IT industry.
  • Experience in supporting a broad base of business users, systems and technologies.
  • Experience in emerging technologies, including cloud-based and mobility systems that could be implemented within the organization.
  • Demonstrate strong business acumen with qualifications in IT or related field.
  • Ability to develop relationships and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to tactfully and positively manage and maintain business relationships.
  • Ability to adopt and implement new approaches and practices to meet changing circumstances.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English, Cantonese and Mandarin are essential.
  • Team player who can motivate others to work effectively within the team.
  • Able to achieve agreed business objectives and accept accountability for results.
