Job Description:

- To oversee the daily Club Desk operations, respond to guests’ requests and maximize customer satisfaction.
- To maintain close communication with the Front Desk team and other departments in order to support the overall Guest Arrival Experience. To foster a positive working environment and a culture of collaboration with all departments.
- To uphold Sheraton standards and to be responsive to the instructions of the Front Office Manager.
- Ensure that the requests and needs of all guests are accommodated.
- Ensure that associate’s act at all times in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with the hotel’s policies and procedures, ensuring that a high level of service is maintained.

Job Requirements:

- High school, diploma in hotel management or equivalent education required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and operational skills; ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a five-star property in a similar position.
