Job Description:

Being a Talent Acquisition Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that the right candidate needed to support the aggressive growth strategy of LLMR resort is made available at the right time. You will be responsible for creating talent pipelines, ensuring that we have a strong employment brand, marketing our positions effectively, and working closely with our leaders to identify future talent needs. You will devise strategy and recruitment process, as well as actual execution of the sourcing or recruiting campaign.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Strong command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin will be an added advantage
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Talent Acquisition role with 2 years of experience managing a successful talent acquisition team
  • Strong success of sourcing and directly recruiting strong talent at the executive & managerial level
  • Effective strategic thinking, problem solving, cross group collaboration and oral/written communication skills, as well as strong analytical skills, with a passion for continuous improvement
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Detail oriented & strong follow through.
