Job Description:

As a Leading Cook/ Chef De Partie/ Junior Sous Chef, your responsibilities include:-
  • Supervises, co-ordinates and participates in food preparation in the kitchen.
  • Checks the daily menus, function orders and works closely with his seniors.
  • Maintains a clean and safe kitchen in compliance with various health codes. 
  • Ensures members' satisfaction. 
  • Carries out other kitchen related duties as may be assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements:

  • At least some experience in food handling and food preparation in similar capacity, particularly in outlet restaurant (years of experience differs from different posts). 
  • Skilled in menu development within budgeted food cost. 
  • Members oriented. 
  • Be able to work independently and have a good sense of teamwork. 
  • Able to work within tight deadlines.
