Job Description:

As a Events and Sponsorship Manager, your responsibilities include:-
  • Develop events and sponsorships strategy, and manage engagement-focused execution plans from end-to-end including budgeting and project management.
  • Create and execute against an events and sponsorships calendar that aligns with activities in local markets, as well as business priorities and strategic pillars.
  • Maintain an understanding of industry trends and make recommendations based on best practices.
  • Leverage existing networks, attend industry events and build new relationships with startups, developers, influencers and industry professionals.

Job Requirements:

  • A highly ambitious individual who is driven to develop their skills and grow their earnings
  • A track record in business to business sales (ideally sponsorship or media sales)
  • A solid sales process and/or previous sales training
  • Business acumen and strong commercial awareness
  • Ability to communicate with a wide range of clients at all levels
  • Driven to succeed and develop themselves as a sales professional
  • Intelligent and keen to learn more about industry trends and movements
